the hotel upgraded my room without saying anything. this ensured my stay was peaceful because i was not on the same floor as many young people visiting the city. the staff showed genuine professionalism and provided service the hotel can be proud of. i will definitely book this hotel again next time i'm visiting.

The hotel's proximity to the vatican is amazing!!! it is only a short walk to st peter's square. the staff was super nice and helpful. They provided great service. breakfast was simple, but it offered bread, cheese, croissants, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and fruit.

The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms.

the front desk personnel were very helpful. they gave restaurant recommendations and airport transfer assistance. the location is great if you want to visit vatican city. i would stay here again.

the cleaning team started too early at 7:30 am and were loud. i could hear them in rooms next to mine. they did not attempt to be quiet.
